Siham Zerkak joins agency as senior account director and Harry Sandhu takes up senior creative role

Jung von Matt London has boosted its Shoreditch-based team, hiring Siham Zerkak as senior account director and Harry Sandhu as senior creative.

Siham Zerkak joins the agency from Wieden + Kennedy London, where as account director she worked on accounts including Nike, Ford, Kahlua, Coca-Cola and TrustPilot. In this new role, Siham will bring her passion for culture and people combined with her experience working with some of the world's best brands and agencies across Europe, Australia, China and the UK to Jung von Matt.

In London Siham will work across all of Jung von Matt London’s clients including Vauxhall and Wayfair, and will report into Jung von Matt London founding managing director, Rob Conibear, who said, “Siham looks for new opportunities in everything she is involved with. It’s exactly the spirit we believe in, for the agency and our clients.”

Siham added, “Great brands are the ones that make you feel something. And to make people feel something you need to truly see and understand them. It's time that campaigns truly represent people like me so I’m very excited to bring my passion for people and culture combined with my experience to JVM and inject that in the work we make."

Harry Sandhu also joins Jung von Matt London as senior creative to bring his culture-first content thinking to diversify the agency’s offer. In his new role Sandhu will report to Marcos Gemal and Charlie Hurst, the agency’s joint executive creative directors.

Harry was previously senior creative at Anomaly, and prior to that worked at Havas Entertainment. Throughout his career Harry has worked with high-profile clients such as Google Pixel, O2, Rimowa, BBC, TikTok Trailblazers and UKTV. He won a Silver Media Lion at Cannes Lions for 'O2 Oops'.

“Today, different types of content are essential to a good marketing ecosystem,” commented Rob. “Harry thinks both strategically and creatively about how brands can use a range of content to make themselves part of culture. We’re building this office with the right mix of talent from the outset, to offer more rounded and relevant ideas for clients.”

Harry added, “Joining JVM London is about finally bringing to life the vision I’ve had in my head for years - an agency where culture and content aren’t just buzzwords, but the very foundation of everything we do”.

“In a world drowning in ten-second cut downs and forgettable campaigns, we’re here to cut through the noise with ideas that transcend channels, connecting brands to real people and igniting conversations in communities. My ambition is to build a content studio within JVM London that’s not just a creative playground, but a space where we collaborate with the most exciting emerging filmmakers and creators, pushing clients to think beyond the expected and craft brand stories that live, breathe, and thrive in culture.”

Jung von Matt London, which opened its doors in 2023, is the newest edition of the global Jung von Matt family of agencies, and combines JvM's independent spirit with creative thinking from London. In July it added a London branch of fandom agency Jung von Matt NERD, hiring Calvin Innes as general manager and creative director.
