To help UNIQLO USA reshape its 2019 holiday cause-marketing campaign, we identified a compelling and relevant issue where Uniqlo had credibility, and which resonated with customers and employees. The campaign highlighted UNIQLO’s commitment to hiring and supporting new refugees.
