Feedback insights company HappyOrNot wanted to find a common thread in all of their marketing communications. A thread that would be as simple as the brand name: HappyOrNot. 

Our goal was to increase market share of HappyOrNot by both expanding its customer base internationally and deepening trust and service offering to existing customers. We conducted a brand identity refresh. The work included brand validation and clarification of messages.
