We Are Social US Boosts Leadership Team

Leading the charge in socially-led creativity, We Are Social US / Narrative (WAS/TNG) announced today that they have enhanced their executive leadership team with a strategic new addition and two internal promotions. 

Kyle Bunch joins the company as SVP culture comms and innovation, tasked with spearheading the agency’s Culture Comms practice dedicated to positioning brands at the heart of cultural conversations and moments. Through real time trend-mining, opportunity spotting, and subculture deep-dives the Culture Comms team guides effective strategies that place clients into the zeitgeist. In addition, Kyle will head up an Innovation team with a primary mission to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of AI, skilfully navigate its intricacies, and drive growth within the space. He hails from RGA where he spent 16+ years in leadership roles including the opening of the Austin office as well as top posts in social, sport, and most recently RGA Ventures. 

Kyle will report to Dana Neujahr, who has been appointed managing director. Prior to her promotion, Dana was the SVP of strategy and services. With a dedicated three-year tenure, Dana’s expertise has been instrumental in developing the agency’s Culture Comms practice and laid the foundation for some of the most celebrated, award winning, culture-driven digital campaigns of the last few years. 

Also reporting to Dana, and further strengthening the agency’s roster is Chris Lee, stepping into the role of head of account services, a promotion from his prior position as group account director. Chris has been with the agency for six years and has been pivotal to the team’s growth, collaborating with clients such as Riot Games, eBay, and Truth Initiative to orchestrate highly successful campaigns. In this expanded role Chris will continue supporting the agency’s growth with their client partners. 

Since the official merger of We Are Social US and The Narrative Group in January 2023, the agency has charted an extraordinary trajectory of growth, boasting a team of 115+ professionals and continuously attracting new clients to their roster.
