Peyton has helmed poignant campaigns for top brands including Verizon, HP, Ford, Cisco, Buick, Norton, Nokia and the US Navy

Adding to its growing roster of talent, LA-based production company Tomorrow has signed multi talented director Peyton Wilson. Renowned for her compelling honesty and fearlessness, Peyton approaches projects with a profound sense of humanity, digging deep into the heart of a story and coaxing it from the darkness out onto the screen.

A California native, Peyton has helmed poignant campaigns for top brands including Verizon, HP, Ford, Cisco, Buick, Norton, Nokia, the US Navy, and many more. For The Nature Conservancy, Peyton shot their anthem film in the Sierras during one of the worst California wildfires in history, surmounting circumstances where certain areas couldn’t be reached due to the extreme weather. Ewan McGregor lent his voiceover talent to the project. For Louisa & Rob, part of Dove’s Amazing Moments series out of Ogilvy & Mather/UK, she was able to highlight the 100% true love story between the couple, earning accolades in trades including Adweek and The Huffington Post.

Peyton’s documentary film work includes the acclaimed fighter pilot feature, Speed and Angels, honored with screenings at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum. Across the festival circuit, Speed and Angels has won Best in Fest and Best Documentary at the San Luis Obispo Film Festival, as well as the Audience Award for Best Documentary at the San Diego Film Festival, and was broadcast on the Discovery Channel. Her documentary short, The Bronzer, similarly enjoyed a successful festival run and rave reviews. Peyton is also the creator of the documentary series On Meaning. For the series, she traveled the world with an all-female crew in search of people who find purpose and meaning in extraordinary circumstances and everyday life, extracting answers to life’s biggest questions. Peyton’s impressive body of work landed her a profile in EMMY magazine’s prestigious In The Mix series.

“I wanted to find a really joyful place,” says Peyton, “and I clicked on the Tomorrow site and knew - this is exactly what I had been looking for. Even the name alone – ‘Tomorrow’ – holds such a powerful karmic importance. Then I met Chris and the team, and they embodied everything I found on the website. A sense of positivity. Savviness. Meaning. Joy. They just got me. There’s no other place I’d rather go.”

“Peyton is an extra-special director, and an even more special person,” says Tomorrow managing director Chris Zander. “I’ve been a fan of her work forever, and fell in love with her undeniable spirit the minute I met her. We are so lucky to have her join our team.”
