°Small World, the fast-rising, Mother-backed creative agency, announces the appointment of Sadia Noor as its new creative partner. Sadia joins the leadership team alongside Dan Salkey, Harvey Austin, and Tom Howes. She’ll be leading the agency's unique, curated, flexible, creative department.
Sadia Noor, a US citizen, brings a wealth of creative experience and a global perspective to her new role. Having recently relocated to the UK, Sadia served as creative director at Amplify, where she played a pivotal role on clients including Pinterest. Her dynamic career spans multiple sectors, including notable stints in-house at Vans, media side at Bleacher Report, and agency roles with leading names such as Deutsch and We Are Social. Sadia’s most recent US-based role saw her on the creative leadership team at The SpringHill Company, the entertainment venture founded by LeBron James, where she worked on clients including Epic Games and Google.
Sadia’s appointment comes at a time of significant client growth for °Small World, which has recently secured high-profile client wins including adidas, COTY, Too Good To Go, Proton, and Dr. Squatch (a selection of which are US-focused). Her expertise and vision are expected to play a key role in driving forward the agency’s ambitious plans, helping to deliver innovative and impactful campaigns for its expanding roster of clients.
Dan Salkey, strategy partner at °Small World said, "We scoured the market for the right person to become our fourth musketeer. Sadia’s unique blend of experience makes her the perfect person to bring our eclectic brand of creativity to life for businesses."
Sadia adds, “Culture has become ever more niche and non-traditional. That’s why °Small World’s mission is so thrilling. Creative freedom, nimble processes, specialist attention, and the ability to deliver truly unexpected, weird, and wonderful entertainment - it’s every creative’s dream. °Small World is ahead of its time, and I’m excited to join Harvey, Dan, and Tom to continue breaking new ground and causing good chaos in the industry.”
Sadia's addition signals °Small World’s commitment to a business model that promotes unorthodox creativity with her varied creative background for her new role to unite and curate the roster of non-traditional creative skill sets.
