SIREN Goes Behind the Scenes of Lloyds Ad Series 'Drumbeat'

SIREN, the award winning music supervision company, are behind the music for the latest instalment of the long running Lloyds ad campaign series, ‘Drumbeat’, which features a bespoke orchestral arrangement of the 2018 hit ‘Giant’ by Calvin Harris (ft. Rag’n’bone Man). 

SIREN worked with producer and co-writer of the original track Troy Miller to create the arrangement, which was recorded with the London Symphony Orchestra at LSO St Luke’s in February 2022. 

In a brand new behind-the-scenes film produced by Factory Originals, SIREN chat to composer and arranger Troy Miller about his experience arranging the track for the LSO and four huge Taiko drums, as well as writing the original with Rag’n’bone Man, Calvin Harris and Jamie Hartman.

We also hear from the team at SIREN, Adam&EveDDB, and the players from the London Symphony Orchestra on selecting the perfect track for the film and how the orchestral arrangement embodies the iconic black horse.
