R/GA EMEA is pleased to announce that it has launched a brand redesign for Marketing Mania - the leading marketing and creative technology trade show in the MENA region. R/GA has also been announced as the strategic partner for Marketing Mania, as the conference significantly evolves and expands its presence for 2023 - being hosted at a new larger venue of Dubai Harbour for the first time, from October 15th-18th.
R/GA’s brand design concept is derived from the order and chaos present in the name. The new monogram animates to reflect dual states and is complimented by a system that continues to reflect duality. Typography is a combination of different Sans Serif and Display fonts. Colours intentionally contrast and clash. Iconography is constructed with a single line, echoing the form and behaviour of the logo. All combine together in expectedly unexpected ways.
The outcome is a playful brand that challenges the conventions of how an events brand should look and behave.
