More than one billion people live with some form of disability - yet accessible design is secondary or even outright forgotten in design processes in the name of seamless experiences. The two don't need to be mutually exclusive. Enhancing user experiences can be achieved without compromising accessibility, creating a better normal for people of all abilities.
To dig deeper into this critical topic, R/GA teamed up with Design Week to unpack accessibility design best practices, and spotlight work paving the way for inclusive experiences for people of all backgrounds. Joining R/GA will be a panel of soon-to-be-announced speakers. In an effort to be more inclusive, the event will be live-captioned.
Designing with everyone in mind is not only good for people, it's good for business.
