One Direction's 'You & I' Wins Best British Video at The BRITS 2015

One Direction’s ‘You & I’, Directed by Fulwell 73’s Ben Winston and Post-Produced at ENVY, won the Best British Video awards at The BRITS 2015 last night.

Voting was in the hands of the public and, having survived a weekly public Twitter vote, the boyband beat Ed Sheeran, Mark Ronson, Sam Smith and Calvin Harris on the final night of public voting. 

Shot to appear like a single take, the band members morph into each other as they walk along a pier before re-uniting as a group to journey through a series of freeze-frames. The group were 3D tracked as they walked, so that the live action plate would follow them into the freeze frames. The promo was Post-Produced at ENVY who completed the Flame, Compositing, Grade, Roto, Sound FX and 3D Tracking work.
