In the season where even casual fans become sportcasters, MUH-TAY-ZIK | HOF-FER recently produced a short video for Zoosk titled 'Likecasters.' Coming off launching the interactive Mistletoe Billboard for the online dating service, the video comically merges sports commentary with colloquial dating conversations, featuring two announcers giving the play-by-play for a pair of first dates.
“A first date can be as dramatic as a sporting event. What makes the initial moments of a relationship interesting are the missteps as well as the successes in getting to know someone,” comments Creative Director Joel Kaplan. “We wanted to show something real with real couples on real dates. When it comes to relationships, real is always more interesting that scripted.”
