GE launched the latest advertising in its ongoing efforts to be perceived as a forward-thinking digital industrial company. It follows and builds upon previous messages such as last year’s 'Invention Donkey' and 'Time Upon a Once' in inventive storytelling.
In the new 60-second online ad, entitled 'Octopuses,' GE creates a message that demonstatres how GE is ready for anything – even if it rains octopuses. That’s right, octopuses. The comic and chaotic spot shows how the power grid will operate, planes will land on time, and hospitals will continue to operate because GE has the right software and systems to make the world work better.
