Imperial Woodpecker Signs Director Joe Connor for US Representation

Production company Imperial Woodpecker has signed director Joe Connor for exclusive US representation. Connor’s work in music videos and commercials has been recognised industrywide, including honours at the UKMVAs, British Arrows, D&AD, and Cannes Lions.

Born and raised in England, Joe trained at the prestigious Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, where he graduated with a First Class Honour in Theatre Directing.

Joe is a founding member of the anarchic silent theatre collective Parrot {In The} Tank, whose work gained an enthusiastic following with their unique blend of silent, cinematic oddities. Joe's passion for storytelling through movement and his astute observation of the way forces large and small impact their surroundings are themes in all of his work as a filmmaker.
