Kyle Darbyson joins as creative director while Katie Lynn joins as group brand director

Vancouver and Edmonton-based agency Full Punch adds senior depth and capability as it continues to grow and evolve the agency.

“Our new hires are both a reflection of our growth and the increasing maturity of our agency. Adding Kyle Darbyson and Katie Lynn helps formalize our leadership structure while providing depth and expertise to better serve our clients and push our creative product forward,” says Mike Leslie, founding partner and president of Full Punch.

Kyle Darbyson has joined Full Punch as creative director. Previous at Akcelo, Kyle will bring a depth of writing and managing experience spanning clients such as TikTok, TELUS and McDonald’s, and diversity of work from advertising and social to CRM and long format. "I've been following what the team at Full Punch has been building for a while now. So when the opportunity to join them came up, I didn't hesitate to throw my hat in the ring," says Darbyson.

Katie Lynn has also joined Full Punch in the role of group brand director. With both agency and client side experience, Katie joins most recently from Cossette where she previously led a portion of the TELUS business along with WorkSafeBC, Coast Capital Savings and TransLink. “Full Punch is small but mighty in talent with some of the industry's best. The opportunity to join a growing agency who’s punching above their weight was an easy decision to make,” says Lynn on joining the team at Full Punch.
