Eyeforce Announces Cathalijn van Hattem as Partner and Launches Lisbon Office

Amsterdam and Cape Town based production agency Eyeforce welcomes its new partner; Cathalijn van Hattem, the woman behind many Eyeforce's projects.

With a myriad of expertise working for companies such as Ogilvy, Natwerk, and Vice, Cathalijn first joined Eyeforce as a freelance producer. Wowing them with her business-oriented determination and magnetic personality, she eventually earned a permanent spot in the team as the head of production. 

Her first big move was to expand Eyeforce with a photography roster. Since then, Eyeforce has grown its international reach, producing films and photography for brands like Polaroid, Patagonia, and adidas, while collaborating with agencies like Wieden+Kennedy, Dentsu Creative and TBWA, with Cathalijn often steering the wheel.

Committed to the craft, Cathalijn showcases her flair for strong entrepreneurship. “Eyeforce has always been focused on creating high quality films, but Cathalijn’s mission is mastering the quality of the process. This process-focused quality control results in happier clients, less stressed crews and more laughs in general,“ co-founder Bob van de Gronde adds. 

The Future of Eyeforce

Cathalijn lives by the motto to paint your own picture. “I will be focusing on international expansion while continuing to elevate the production quality. I want to make sure our company culture will not come at the expense of our growth, and that we run smoothly as an organisation.” Together with current MD Egon Feiner, she will take control over their offices in Amsterdam and Cape Town, as well as their new office in Lisbon, Portugal, opening early spring.
