DAC Group has been appointed by Boots, the UK’s leading health and beauty retailer, to optimise its online branch listings and improve organic visibility for non-branded searches.
DAC, which is recognised by Forrester as one of the world’s most significant performance marketing agencies, is tasked to deliver a full local SEO audit and optimisation of online listings for Boots’ retail and pharmaceutical operations.
With a strategic focus on local SEO, DAC is charged with improving the user journey by reducing the number of clicks required to find the information needed. Working closely with Boots’ own SEO team, DAC will also optimise the UX of individual branch pages.
The partnership will also see Boots’ customer service team gain access to DAC Group’s reputation management platform that enables individual stores across the UK to actively engage with feedback from customer reviews, while seamlessly integrating SEO at a local branch level.
