Travellers can now send emojis to KLM in order to discover local landmarks

Getting travel advice should be as easy as sending one emoji. That is why creative digital agency code d’azur created KLM’s Emoji Messenger Service. The new service has been conceived as an extension of KLM’s existing Messenger service and helps travellers find inspiration, wherever they are in the easiest way possible.  

Using the service, travellers can send KLM a pizza emoji if they’re looking for an Italian restaurant close to them, or a money emoji when they are looking for an ATM. Using the traveller's location KLM will send them the most relevant tips, closest to them.
