Chevrolet Campaign Transforms Manchester United Players into Poets

In the new Chevrolet Campaign, Poem, Manchester United stars quote strong motivational words from Victor Hugo, Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra and Shakespeare to celebrate the release of new car models Cruze, Camaro and Equinox.

The beautiful film, directed by Sehsucht’s Ole Peters, blends images of the new models with moments of Paul Pogba, David de Gea and Chris Smalling which capture the high energy surrounding their performance on the pitch, their fans and the press. Shot in the famous Old Trafford stadium and on location in Manchester and Shanghai. The powerful voice over is made up of the three players reading the work of the famous poets in their own language.

The campaign was released this month and will be aired online and for TV in China. Created by Shanghai General Motors, McCann Shanghai and production company, Made In China.
