Australia’s most popular loyalty programme, Flybuys, launches its inaugural ‘Flybuys 50’ list today. Featuring fifty of some of Australia’s most successful Flybuys members, this new list celebrates real members at the top of their points game, who exemplify the 'Give a Flybuys' attitude.

Building on the recent ‘Give a Flybuys. Take More’ brand campaign, the ‘Flybuys 50’ continues to champion its members’ pride in points collecting. Through extensive research and data review, Flybuys selected everyday Aussies from across the nation to feature in the 2021 list, including Shady 'The Hustler' (NSW) and Darian 'The Mentor' (ACT), who use less-traditional methods for accumulating bonus points. The list also includes Tuyen 'The Hacker' (SA) and Shaneen 'The Connoisseur' (TAS), who've mastered the art of collecting at Coles.

In a series of interviews, ‘Flybuys 50’ members share their own unique tips and tricks, to help other Aussies take more from their everyday shopping, while capturing the breadth of Flybuys rewards and its many retail partners.

Rosemary Martin, chief customer officer at Flybuys said: “Following our recent ‘Give a Flybuys’ brand campaign, we’re excited to launch our inaugural ‘Flybuys 50’ list. With over 8 million active members nationally, ‘Flybuys 50’ encapsulates the individuality and savviness of all our members.”

“To us, it’s not about who has the most points. What our members want from the program can be quite different, so it was really important to highlight these real attitudes and behaviours in this campaign through our real members.”

The campaign was created by Flybuys’ integrated agency, CHE Proximity, with photography by Jordan Drysdale and videography by Charlie Ward.

The ‘Flybuys 50’ campaign launches today and will roll out across OOH, PR, social and paid media.
