Traditionally, Santa Claus determined whether you were greedy or good. But this holiday season, Wunderman NY is taking charge with a spirited social experiment that puts their expertise, the practice of combining creativity + data, to the test.
In partnership with EdgeDNA, Wunderman Chicago and Badass Brooklyn Animal Rescue, Wunderman NY has engineered a first-of-its-kind socially-controlled freezer, where the temperature rises and falls based on the measurement of two hashtags: #MeltfortheMoney and #FreezeforGood.
The catch? Wunderman NY stuffed $4500 cash into a snowman that is sitting in the freezer. That money will either be donated to Badass Brooklyn Animal Rescue or won by one of the 'MeltfortheMoney' tweeters.
The contest began on Monday, December 7th and will end on Friday, December 11th, when the fate of the money will be revealed via the data collected from social engagements throughout the week.
