As part of Samsung’s ‘Inspired by a True Photo’ initiative, a platform which encourages users to take an everyday photograph as a prompt to create something brand new, Mother London got in touch to task us (Leland Music) with finding an artist to join the fun. The creative brief: to write and record an original song taking inspiration from a snap of a very smiley Indie-Pomeranian.

With singer-songwriter Samm Henshaw on board, we got to work demoing and developing a song that exudes laidback optimism, giving Samm the space to execute his creative vision in a way that connected with the core of the ‘Inspired By A True Photo’ story. To finalise the campaign, a music video was shot with Samm performing in a surreal office-scape, finding the joy in even the most mundane moments of the working day.

The single "All Good" was released via AWAL Recordings on December 3rd, 2020.
